Management Coaching – We partner with new managers and their teams on their transformation journey. Our focus is on building fundamental management principles and their application, areas of communication, performance management and team development.
Competency Assessment – Your competency is assessed using the Marshall Goldsmith® leadership competency framework, in conjunction with tools like 360 and MBTI, to identify development needs.
